职位描述/要求：
Responsible for managing the Contract Manufacturer to maintain the factory revenue production, ensuring product quality, driving production line yield improvement activities, leading the factory issue analysis and closure, as well as managing the Engineering Change executions and stop-ship processes.
Qualifications/Experience:
1, 5+ years of manufacturing and factory experience;
2, Strong SMT & PCBA background, deep understanding of manufacturing processes;
3, Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese;
4, NPI and production testing experience preferred; the Electrical hardware background desirable;
5, Bachelor Degree in Electrical Background, higher degree desirable.
