职位描述/要求：

Responsibilities
Own one or more feature areas. Gather requirements, write specs and then drive the project, ensuring that the end product meets the expectations of customers.
Coordinate communication between the wide range of teams involved in our projects in Redmond, Shenzhen and other parts of China.

People Management
Initially, there are no formal people management expectations but we expect these roles to increase and opportunities for managing people to become available.

Education and Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
Experience in project management and/or product feature specification roles
Strong mobile user empathy. Excellent UI design skills. Competency with rich mobile client, web app, and web services development.
Ability to work well in cross group situations.
Experience in mobile application software projects, web service development, a solid understanding of the unique challenges the mobile space presents and experience in working with mobile operators are highly desirable.
Outstanding communication skills, strong oral and written English is a priority with the ability to communicate orally in Mandarin highly desirable.
