职位描述/要求：

HR Consultant - Shenzhen
Recruiters play an essential role in fueling Tophunter's growth with extraordinary talent. This position demands an uncommon balance of creativity and drive, along with interpersonal savvy and basic analytics.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for executive search (search for high quality candidates).
* Conduct selection interview, reference checking and assessment report on potential candidates according to pre-set professional procedures.
* Recommend appropriate candidates to relevant clients.
* Provide pro-active needs identification by keeping close contact with clients
* Evaluate candidates and file it into the database
* Train up the researcher.
* Team up with the consultant for some major projects.
Requirement:
* Bachelor degree or above, good in English
* At least two years business development, sales, HR recruiting or relevant working experience
* Good analysis and judgment ability
* Excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate
* Open minded, be responsible, and willing to learn
* Good service attitude, Smart, diligent, could working under pressure
* Working experience in headhunting company is preferred.
