职位描述/要求：
Responsibility:
Supervise and lead iSeries/AS400 application system development team to ensure timely and quality delivery of system solution.
Define, design, code, unit test and debug iSeries/AS400 applications.
Follow PMO to prepare project schedule, system documentation, testing plan, quality assurance procedure.
Provide technical advice and support as well as training to team members.
Communicate with Regional and/or global IT BA/SA for system development related activities.
Prepare program documentation and test plan.
Requirement:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
7 years experience in application development/maintenance involving hands-on programming, system analysis and design, project implementation.
5+ years development experiences in iSeries/AS400.
2 years in leading system development team to deliver application solutions and experience in project management methodology, quality assurance procedure.
Knowledge in manufacturing business flow plus accounting and distribution.
Good problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
