    职位描述/要求:

    The responsibilities of this position are focused on leading and developing the electrical engineer group, and work as an individual contributor. As the team leader, the position requires the candidate to mentor and manage the engineers, make sure each team member delivers the results and help the team member to grow their career. It also requires the candidate to coordinate with other team leader on priority setting, resource allocation, conflict resolution etc. As a individual contributor, the candidate need to work on projects that involve trouble shoot and perform failure analysis, identify the failure occurs at production line, root cause the failure, recommend and support the implementation of the fixes and verify the fixes. The project may also involve qualifying the key components cost reduction, write the test and qualification plan, work with hardware verification engineer on executing the plan, and support the program manager to roll in the cost reduced part into production. Must be able to plan work, and work to a plan adapting as necessary in a rapidly evolving environment.

    Qualifications:
    Minimum BS/MS in Electrical Engineering.
    Strong English communication skill, and must be able to clearly express technical concepts in verbal and written forms.
    A solid understanding of core engineering principles, circuit design and analysis is required
    Strong leadership skill, minimum 5 years of engineering management experience.
    7 years of experiencing designing, implementing, and shipping products of medium to high complexity
    Prior design and implementation, familiarity with PC, embedded system architectures hardware and software, experience with implementation of high speed serial busses (SATA, PCIe, USB) is a plus.
    Design for manufacturing and test are required
    Strong bench evaluation and in-lab debugging skills are required
    Enthusiastic, motivated and self driven.
    Knowledge of high volume consumer electronics design and manufacturing is desired
    Domestic and international travel may be required
