职位描述/要求:
Supplier Management
-Assist in the profiling and pre-qualification of packaging suppliers in China.
-Assist in on-site supplier pre-qualification facility tour and ongoing review and evaluation of performance of suppliers in Asian regions.
-Assist in the execution of packaging suppliers' performance audit system to effectively rate and measure Asian supply base.
-Assist in the drafting and negotiation with packaging suppliers our services agreements and contracts.
-Responsible to consolidate monthly supplier scorecard reports
-Responsible to assist the Manager(s) within the Sourcing team for all data analysis
-Assist in the coordination between packaging suppliers and Sales / Product Development / CSR teams for on-time delivery of packaging materials.
-Work with Technical and QA teams for all packaging quality issues and work for resolution.
-Work as QA support whenever and wherever required.
People Management
-Successfully coordinate packaging program implementations with our manufacturing partners and project managers, CSR's, and quality assurance people.
Process Improvements
-Suggest improvements to improve the process workflow, effectiveness and efficiency between SCS teams and packaging suppliers.
Requirements
-University degree or equivalent.3 to 5+ years work experience in paper, printing and packaging experience.
-Extensive and in-depth knowledge and experience throughout the entire manufacturing processes of the printing and packaging industry.
-Knowledge and experience in manufacturing QA is a bonus, but not essential.
-25% to 40% travel required within China.
-Demonstrated good knowledge of excel. Needs to be able to quickly manipulate data and present it in a meaningful fashion and report.
-Good understanding & knowledge of printing and packaging costing method is a bonus, but not essential.
-Good relationship development & maintenance skills with packaging suppliers and all teams.
-Project management skills demonstrating the ability to manage activities, deliverables, and timeframes.
-Excellent written and oral communications in English and in native language. Good understanding and fluent spoken Cantonese is a definite advantage.
-Ability to analyze problems, independently develop solutions and present solutions and rationale for final approval.
