工作经验：8年以上电子制造行业企业工作经验;
1、具有连接器产品研发以及销售的背景；
2、较强的市场开拓能力，以及进取心，有向更高层次发展的抱负；
3、全面熟悉连接器制造业研发，生产，销售，供应链管理，或专于某一方面；
4、具有很强的领导能力、决策能力、分析判断能力、沟通能力和组织协调能力；
5、敬业、思维缜密、严谨稳健、开拓进取，能够承受较大工作压力。
