职位描述/要求：

Key Responsibilities:
Identify safety and security strategies and communicate the priorities to all concerned and ensure that proper systems are in place and well managed.
Develop and ensure that related policies are implemented for the concern of the company and the public.
Advice top management on the practical and essential steps in preventing accidents arising from company operation so as to minimize accident rate.
Review terminal safety and security and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Lead and drive the team to promote a safe working culture in the company as well as to educate the contractors of all safety matters within the company premises.
Maintain and enhance a good standing of the company in the community / industry by participating in government, business and professional activities on a regular basis.
Develop and implement staff development and training plans for updated skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or above in marine transport, logistics, safety or environmental related subjects.
Registered Safety Officer (equivalent local designation) is preferred.
Ten years relevant work experience with at least five years at managerial level.
Well-versed with local safety regulations
Good in problem solving, decision making, planning and organizing
Able to lead and motivate his/her team
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, assertive and persistent;
