职位描述/要求：

1.理工科专业，大专以上学历；
2.3年以上相关工作经验，有过模具设计工作经验优先；
3.熟悉模具（塑胶模、五金连续模）制作工艺、周期及费用，对常用原材料有较深的了解（不锈钢、洋白铜、磷青铜、PC料、ABS料、PC+ABS料等。）熟悉五金件电镀工艺；并对产品的评估提出参考意见，持续改进采购成本，深入了解供方成本，追求质量第一前提下的采购成本最低；
4.丰富的供应商开发及管理经验；
5.具备一定的创新能力，对市场行情要有敏锐的观察判断能力；
6.具有良好的沟通协调能力，较强的谈判能力；
7.能承受一定的工作压力；
8.人自律性强，品行端正。
