职位描述/要求：

Position: QA Director
Responsibility:
---Oversee Quality Organization for a multinational public company, which supplies plastic packaging solutions to the semiconductors, computer peripheral. Medical and consumer electronics industries. Current internal quality work force is 230 employees strong.
---Ensure continuous improvement in product quality, and overall customer satisfaction by enhancing a proactive quality process through extensive communications with our sales, engineering, material processing, manufacturing internal organizations as well as our suppliers and customers.
---The position will require frequent travel to support customer requirements mainly in Asia but from time to time there will be travel required to Europe and the US.
---This position is the Top Quality executive position in the company and will report directly to the president. Finally candidate will be working very closely with the sales executives, operations executive, engineering heads and president.

Requirement:
---Fluent in Mandarin and English, must make customer presentations in English
---Ten years management experience in a Quality Management Role
---Engineering degree required, advanced degree preferred
---Experience dealing with precision plastic injection molding is preferred
---Experience dealing with Computer peripheral and Semiconductors OEMs is preferred
---Extensive customer management experience is required
---Strong understanding of ISO and QS quality standards is required
---Strong SPC, 6 Sigma skills required
---Strong design of experiment skills is required
---Proactive quality approach is required
---Strong teamwork skills are required

Base salary:
Above 800K/Y
