岗位职责：
负责公司人事行政部管理
必要条件：
1、行政管理/人力资源管理类专业本科以上学历；
2、熟悉劳动法等相关法律知识；
3、对人力资源规划、人员招聘、薪酬体系、绩效管理及行政管理有较强的实施经验；
4、具备良好的团队管理能力和沟通协调能力；
5、具备优秀的语言表达、分析判断能力；
6、流利的普通话、懂粤语；会应用Office软件。
