职位描述/要求：

Job title: Supplier Quality Engineer
Job purpose & scope:
- Promote, plan and execute audits and supplier visits to prevent, identify and solve supply quaity problems
- Operates in collaboration with the relevant functions in the factory, and reports to the sourcing organization in Shanghai

Description
Based on the information from the factory (PPM DP, incoming control, statistical control on finished product,...), the criticity of the supplier (because of quality problems or because of the complexity of the components ) and the input from the Purchasing Department, the SQE has to define a plan of inspections (qualification of the supplier and of the process, process audit and surveillance audit)

Respect of thee planning and of the minimum quantity of visits according to the category of supply
Complete filling of the required reporting documentation related to the type of visit.
Objective attribution of the result.
Distribution of the documentation produced.
Respect of the quality improvement plans
The preventive and corrective actions must be effective and shall avoid the problem for which they have been implemented.

Knowledge & Skills

SPC techniques (Statistical Process Control)
ISO 9000 norms
Microsoft Office knowledge
Some industrial process i.e. component manufacturing, plastic injection, metal stamping
Written and oral communication both in English and Chinese
good capacity of analisys (quantitative and qualitative)
Curiosity and pro-activity in searching for alternative solutions
Leadership to drive the suppliers
Ability to take decisions
