职位描述/要求：

Responsibilities:
1.In line with company's vision and strategy, to lead a team of staffs in performing production planning functions to satisfy demand wherever feasible and logical;
2.To focus efforts on maintaining strong Manufacturing capabilities at the satisfaction level to achieve the overall requirements;
3.Strategic Operation Planning/Production and Inventory Control/Annual Direct Import Sales Goal/Leadership.

Requirements:
1.Major in English, Logistic or related discipline with Bachelor Degree;
2.At least 4 years relevant working experience in toy field or merchandizing field, should have experience on supervisory position.
3.Good communication skill.
4.Good command of written English (English passed CET4 or above) and good PC knowledge.
5.Willing to learn and able to work under pressure.
