职位描述/要求:
Sales Manager
Main Responsibility:
-Participate in making and improving sales policy of company, make it continuously adapted the variety of the market;
-Compile sales forecast, risks and opportunities reports as a basis for the short and medium term business plans and budgets;
-Manage business negotiations process on behalf of company with the customer. Agree on contract terms and conditions and customer specific programs;
-Responsible for budget alignment and agreement and drives business fulfillment process accordingly;
-Identify immediate and long term sales projects and manage progress in cooperation with key customer;
-Collect the market information and feedback to General Manager of company;
-Organize and manage the sales group to realize the product selling target for company;
-Encourage, support and examine the sales group;
Qualifications:
- University graduate or above in Business /Marketing
- Minimum 10 years experience in sales /marketing/ business management, including at least years experience in connector/cable assemblies
- Working experience in multinational company or international environment is a strong plus
- Good interpersonal /presentation /project management skills
- Expert in the connector/cable assemblies industry;
- Good multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Be both a team leader and able to work independently
- Fluent in spoken and written English
