职位描述/要求:
Responsibilities:
Actively participate in the feature design with the feature team
Architect and implement robust features in an iterative manner in coordination with the Redmond team and using global development standards and tools
Implement unit tests for all owned features
Education and Qualifications:
A BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering or related degree required.
Experience Level:
Minimum 2 years of experience in server side development.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Technical experience should include proven expertise with C/C++ or C#, TCP/IP networking and multi-threaded software development on the Windows platform.
Experience with performance tuning and familiarity with the .NET framework, C# and Web Services is strongly desired, but not required.
Database expertise (T-SQL, writing stored procedures, designing schemas) and consuming data access technologies such as ADO/ADO.NET is desired.
Industry experience with Wireless applications and networks is a strong plus.
The ability to work in a self-directed manner and have a strong drive for results.
The ability to design, implement and debug scalable, robust, high performance server-based applications/services. We currently run very scalable server-side services held up to high performance and availability standards.
A strong customer focus and the ability to work effectively while dealing with ambiguity. We need someone that is prepared to work with a wide range of technologies and can take on leadership roles when required.
Very strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deal with complexity in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills, strong oral and written English is a priority with the ability to communicate orally in Mandarin highly desirable.
