职位描述/要求：

FAE Manager
Job Functions
1) FAE team training and management
2) Customers, agencies and design house solution management and follow
3) Support customer, agencies and design house in developing application software and hardware;
4) Support customers in their production ramp-up cycle: engineering sample, product sample, pilot production and mass production;
5) Train internal and customer’s engineers.

Qualifications
1) Supervising 5+ FAEs;
2) Bachelor+ degree, electronics or related majors
3) At least 6 year experiences in embedded systems and 2+ year management experiences;
4) Good skills in c\c++, familiar with embedded OS, database, compiler, etc
5) Good communication skill, hard working and able to travel, teamwork spirit
6) Experience on STB/DTV/DVB projects would be preferable.
