1、6年连接器制造行业经验；
2、熟悉精密加工，有精密连接零组件设计的经验，对连接器类产品的精密加工、工艺实现有实践经验；
3、3年研发团队领导经验；
4、良好的沟通协调能力；
5、熟悉连接器制造过程、加工过程；
6、敬业、思维缜密、严谨稳健、开拓进取，能够承受较大工作压力。
