职位描述/要求：
Main responsibility:
·to lead a new team to develop MSN, 3G WAP PORTAL PLATFORM；
·to design the whole structure and organization development (MSN, 3G WAP PORTAL PLATFORM)
·to put products into operation, including: develop/ testing/ , specially to communicate and coupe with the present team and REDMOND team;
·to transfer the present MSN WAP products to a new platform smoothly
Ability requirements:
·have design/ develop/ operate large WAP system experience, with high technical development skills
·have the ability to lead a team (more than 10 people) and actual experience, worked in large SP company before (at least 5 years)
·have the experience of design large data base, fully aware how to operate development tools and the deep knowledge of the CMCC/CUNC standard
·fully aware .net development, able to run all the design and development of WAP system on this platform
Other requirements:
·must have good reading, writing, listening and speaking skills of English
·able to accept challenges, with curious and learning sprit
·able to communicate well with the team but also good cooperation with other departments
