    职位描述/要求:

    Responsibilities:

    Define the test architecture for the WL Mobile Shenzhen team. This includes services that are delivered directly in China as well as features that are developed in Shenzhen but delivered globally with the Redmond team.
    Interface with the Redmond test team to develop appropriate standards for the Shenzhen team.
    Assess the testability of the existing China focused service architecture that has been acquired from TSSX (a hybrid of UNIX, Linux and Windows) and work on eventual migration to Microsoft technologies.
    Drive the notion of test driven development and put in place an infrastructure and process to support test automation and a team of SDE/T's
    Educate the Shenzhen team on how to consider test as part of the development cycle
    Build and lead an SDE/T team.

    Qualification:

    A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
    Minimum of 7 years in software development and testing roles.
    Proven track record of building great teams.
    Candidates should have project management experience, be able to define quality metrics as well as work cross group, let alone cross continent.
    This role requires someone with a solid technical background that includes development experience in enterprise level web services, SQL, C++, C#, IIS and related technologies with a background in Mobile devices (Windows Mobile, Java and Symbian) as well as embedded and game technologies being preferred.
    Outstanding written and oral communication skills, strong oral and written English is a priority with the ability to communicate orally in Mandarin highly desirable.
    The ability to move to Shenzhen, China and travel to the US several times a year.
