职位描述/要求：
Job responsibility:
1. Managing and instructing staff
2. To oversee and head the QA Department and liaise with personnel from
other departments/customer to ensure the smooth implementation of company
quality control
3. Track and report quality performance
4. Ensure compliance to ISO/TS/ standards
5. Adoption of proactive quality improvement practices in area of
responsibility
6. Act as a management representative on all quality aspect
7. Assist Sales department in handling reclamations and other quality issues
8. Assist procurement department when visiting, evaluating and qualifying
suppliers
9. Assist production department in improving quality and training workers
10. others specified by needs of Konnex
Requirements:
1. Male
2. Experience in zinc die-casting, injection molding, casting, stamping and metal fabrication with
strong engineering background
3. Experience in stamping and casting tooling design
4. Fluent in surface treatment galvanization will be great
5. On hands experience with pushing the whole QA system in enterprise, but rather have SQA emphasis
6. Fluency in English and Chinese
7. Knowledge and experience in implementation of QM systems
8. Honesty and toughness
9. Leadership characteristics
