职位描述/要求：
Supervise a team of Product Application Engineers to prioritize and drive for resolution of customer defects on broadband products
Closely interact with Sales FAE, R&D in Shenzhen, United States and India to coordinate problems resolution.
Report to customers and the parties above progress on issues resolution customers needs.
Requirements
8 years telecom product support experience in which 4 years in management position.
Strong leadership and drive to resolve problems
Bachelor Degree or higher in electronics or communication.
Excellent in English (oral and written)
Capable to work under pressure
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Knowledge of xDSL is an advantage. Good understanding of telecommunication (DSL, Access Network) market and product is an advantage.
Very good reporting skills, can understand customer issues\requests and communicate it to engineering in a tidy format.
May require traveling.
