职位描述/要求：

SHICD
Shenzhen Hutchison Inland Container Depots (SHICD )- a member of the HPH Group of companies and the extended warehouse.
In order to provide customers with a full range of logistics services, HPH established Shenzhen Hutchison Inland Container Depots Co. Ltd. (SHICD) and developed a large inland container depot in Guanlan, Shenzhen in 1997. SHICD offers a wide spectrum of value-added services - including cargo consolidation, distribution, warehousing, and container storage - to support global retailers, consolidators, forwarders, manufacturers and shipping lines.

Human Resources & Administration Officer/Manager
(position based in SHICD, Guanlan)

Key Responsibilities:
1.Establish and implement HR policies and procedures;
2.Manage manpower planning and recruitment;
3.Launch employee training and development initiatives;
4.Handle employee communications and relations;
5.Administer employee compensation and benefits；
6.Maintain positive working relations with Local authorities;
7.Manage employee health & safety issues as well as administrative support;

Requirements:
1.Degree in Human Resources or relevant discipline;
2.5 years plus related working experience with 2 years in a managerial capacities in multi-national companies, preferably in logistic industry;
3.Good knowledge of local labor regulations and practices;
4.Well versed with HR outsourcing management;
5.Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
6.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, assertive and persistent;
7.Candidates with higher qualifications will be considered for higher position
