职位描述/要求：

岗位职责： 组织及领导半导体产品的市场开发及管理,制定及实施新产品市场开发策略，进行市场定位及价格管理.完成同供应商的交流与沟通。

任职要求：
-通信类/电子类整机专业/自动化/机电一体化等专业之一，本科以上学历；
-具有3年以上半导体代理行业产品经理或市场经理职位工作经验；如有1年以上硬件工程师或2年以上电子元器件及IC销售经验者优先考虑；
-CET4级以上，能熟练使用英语进行口头及书面交流；
-具有良好的沟通、表达能力及组织协调能力，以及强烈的工作责任心及团队协作精神。

工作地点：长期工作地点在深圳市区，但需出差，常有出国培训机会，需能办理护照。公司能配指标办理澳澳往返证。

薪资福利：年薪制，30万，转正后公司负责社保及意外险（无须扣除个人部分，无房补）。其他还有通讯费用补贴及行车补贴
每年至少两次出国培训旅游。
