    职位描述/要求:

    BASIC FUNCTION
    1.Develop and manage the new business in the territory
    2.Execute sales & marketing strategies as developed by BD Manager-China
    3.Collect market and competitor information
    4.Manage projects of global or key accounts in the territory

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
    1.Meet the sales quota with proper GP rate;
    2.Work closely with BD Manager-China and Sales Teams in Haworth Sales Offices (SH, BJ and HK) to develop relationships with key personnel at indirect accounts who influence buying decisions;
    3.Work closely with Global Accounts Managers to develop wining strategy of Haworth's global accounts in the territory by using the Blue Sheet and defining team approach;
    4.Conduct sales presentations to customers and offer products/solutions that meet client's expectation and support Haworth products development strategy;
    5.Forecast sales based on "sales funnel" concept for 30-60-90 days and work with superior to develop winning strategy;
    6.Be responsible for accuracy of tendering documents(e.g. quotations, specifications, pricing matrix, layout) by working together with Bid & Design, Customer Service(CS) and Project Management(PM) teams in the Hub Sales Offices;
    7.Support marketing promotions and plan;
    8.Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to targeted accounts;
    9.Ensure handover customers receive satisfied installation service;
    10.Work closely with PM, CS teams to complete the sales cycle up and have sign-off documents from clients;
    11.Work with Finance to collect of payment and meet budgeted DSO target.

    RELATIONSHIPS
    A.Internal Customers - Frequent contact with business development manager and operations members ( include Haworth Sales Offices'(SH/BJ/HK) sales team and support team ) on project status and improving internal operations processes.
    B.External Customers - Frequent contact with facilities managers, designers, and architects. Frequent contact with business and professional organizations for the purpose of identifying potential customers. Frequent contact with key personnel in the local government.

    REQUIREMENTS
    1.University or colleague degree.
    2.A minimum of 3 years sales and/or marketing experience.
    3.Sales-oriented experience highly desired. Experience in Construction / Design / Decoration / Manufacturing industry will be preferred and added advantage.
    4.Must be aggressive, self-motivated, customer-service & result oriented.
    5.Good command of English and Mandarin, both in spoken and written.
