职位描述/要求：

知名地产集团发展部总经理
1、本科以上学历，年以上工作经验。
2、3年以上工程类和房地产公司同岗位工作经验；
3、熟悉全国及深圳土地供应市场的状况；参与土地购买谈判。
4.能够准确地进行土地及项目的经济分析及可行性研究
3、具备较强的沟通能力、公关技能和谈判能力。

主要职责：
1、负责公司的项目拓展和报批报建工作，维护政府相关公共关系，准确评估和预测公司意向市场走势，代表公司接洽相关业务，发掘有潜力的地产项目，组织意向地块的价值研判及投资分析。
2、侧重点：项目分析能力为基础，具备良好的关系能力
3、主要资质要求：项目及市场分析能力、关系能力、大局观、谈判技巧、团队管理。
