职位描述/要求：

岗位职责
1、参与制订公司年度销售任务，协助董事长建立完整的销售战略,制定并组织实施完整的销售方案；
2、制定公司销售计划，监控计划执行
3、负责客户档案管理，寻找并管理销售合作者，开展并监督客户的开发和维护，协助优化客户及客情关系；
4、负责销售工作的流程设计；
5、负责动态销售数据分析，根据市场情况及时采取灵活措施；
6、深入了解本行业的发展前景，把握信息，为公司的战略发展提供建议；
7、培养建设销售队伍，管理考核销售人员；
8、合理控制销售费用； 协助处理销售中的各种问题

岗位要求
必要条件：
1、市场营销或相关专业大专以上学历；
2、具有5年以上LED行业销售工作经验，其中至少3年以上同等职务工作经验；
3、具备优秀的计划组织能力和执行力，较强的决策与判断能力，人际交往能力、沟通及组织协调能力；
4、具有良好的客户沟通、协调能力；
5、熟悉现代管理模式，熟练运用各种激励措施；
6、具有优秀的营销技巧，较强的市场策划能力和运作能力；
7、性格开朗、诚信，富有工作热情，能够承担一定压力。
