职位描述/要求：
Responsibilities
To be responsible for period-end closing, financial reporting and related analysis to ensure timely, quality, accurate reports are provided for management review
Liaise with relevant parties including joint venture partners and parent company for management reports consolidation
Participate in the feasibility study, financing plan development and capital evaluation to support M&A exercise
Participate in financial system development and implementation
Participate in ad hoc financial related project when required
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related discipline
Member of ACCA, CICPA or equivalent professional qualification
A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in prominent organizations of which 2 years experience in supervisory level.
Experience in joint venture set up, tax planning and accounts consolidation
Experience in capital expansion
Knowledge in Hong Kong and Shenzhen listing rules
Strong in PRC economic law
Strong analytical skills and technical knowledge in finance function
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Chinese
Self-motivated with strong leadership skills
Ability in Cantonese communication is an advantage
