1、制订集团公司营销组合策略和营销计划；
2、定期对市场营销环境、目标、计划、业务活动进行核查分析，及时调整营销策略和计划，制订预防和纠正措施，确保完成营销目标和营销计划；
3、负责重大营销合同的谈判与签订；
4、主持制订、修订营销系统主管的工作程序和规章制度；
5、制定营销系统年度专业培训计划并协助实施；
6、协助建立调整公司营销组织，细分市场建立、拓展、调整市场营销网络；
7、负责分解下达年度、季度、月度的工作目标和市场营销预算，并根据市场和公司实际情况及时调整和有效控制；

要求：
1、年龄30-45岁，本科或以上学历
2、至少5年以上房地产企业营销策划管理经验，3年以上营销总监工作背景，独立组织策划整体营销业务的工作经验，具优秀的业绩；
3、市场营销工作有深刻认知，具有敏锐的市场洞察力、及时把握市场动态和市场方向，能够独立组织制定市场规划、市场销售策略、产品拓展、广告宣传等工作，具备大型活动的现场管理能力；
4、良好的执行能力，完成销售目标；良好的敬业精神。

具备知名地产集团公司相关从业经验并具优秀的业绩考证。
