职责：
a. 负责开发客户，了解客户人才需求，并签订合作协议；
b. 保持和客户的良好沟通，配合项目组其他成员，共同完成客户委托；
d. 建立并维护与客户的良好合作关系；
e. 收集市场信息并找寻新的商业机会；
任职要求：
1、本科或以上学历；
2、良好的英语口语、书写及阅读能力；
3、良好的自我激发能力，工作主动性强，可以承受工作挑战和压力，优秀的团队合作精神；
4、思路清晰、活跃，出色的表达能力、说服能力和沟通能力，能接受电话沟通和陌生拜访，面对行业权威，能以平等的心态进行沟通；
5、学习能力强，能在很短的时间内掌握所面对行业里的企业动态和人力分布；
6、良好的职业外形与气质
7、有咨询、培训、猎头等信息服务型行业工作经验优先考虑，有人力资源工作经验优先考虑；
8、有电话行销、陌生客户拜访经验优先考虑
