职位描述/要求：

一、岗位职责：
1、全面负责公司财务管理、成本管理、预算管理、会计核算、会计监督、资金管理、资产管理等方面的工作；
2、主要从事销售网络财务管理和监控工作,分析制定具体财务流程和管理控制措施；
3、 掌握公司财务状况、经营成果和资金变动情况；
4、组织执行国家有关财经法律、法规、方针、政策和制度，保障公司合法经营，维护股东权益；
5、主持制定公司的财务管理、会计核算和会计监督、预算管理、资金管理、资产管理工作的规章制度和工作程序，经集团公司批准后组织实施并监督检查落实情况；
6、负责制定公司年度预算。
7、负责公司的税务筹划，合法、合理避税，降低税务成本。
二、任职资格：
1、财务、金融、会计等相关专业，本科以上学历，国内外注册会计师资格；
2、年龄35—45岁；
3、八年以上财务工作经验，5年以上家电营销企业工作经验；
4、具有较强沟通协调能力；
5、为人沉稳，有极强的敬业精神。
