职位描述/要求：

Job responsibilities:
·Handles the recruitment of Shenzhen employees
·Provides proactive employee relations support
·Assures compliance to labor law applicable to each site in which we operate
·Manages/coordinates the performance management
·Manages/coordinates the compensation process thru’ maintaining competitive salary, incentive and benefits programs to attract and retain employees
·Delivers/coordinates training as required
·Provides coaching & counsel to site leaders / employees
·Ensures effective implementation of HR global programs by translating them into local practices
·Maintains a balance between the local sites’ human resources issues and global policies and vision

Job requirements:
BS Degree in Management or equivalent discipline, minimum 5 HR generalist experience in MNC High-tech organizations. Good interpersonal skills and command of English required to interacting with local site leaders and HR in headquarters. Solid knowledge and understanding of the labor laws and practices applicable in China. Good relationship building skills and need to quickly establish credibility at different levels within the organization.
