职位描述/要求：

Responsibilities:
The qualified candidates will be working in Conexant China Design Center in Shenzhen and focusing on 3G/WCDMA/TD-SCDMA DSP signal processing algorithms issue support and program development. Form time to time, he\she may need to talk to end customer directly for DSP level problem and feature implementation.
Engineer with very strong DSP programming experience will be considered senior DSP Firmware Engineer after completing our internal technical training.
Intensive Technical Product Training will be provided.
Domestic and international travel is required.
Qualifications/Skills:
-BS, MS,PhD degree or higher in Mathematic, Electronics, Computer Science or equivalent with good results in Signal Processing or relevant subjects.
-Fresh graduate with outstanding results will be considered.
-Very good theoretical knowledge of signal processing, e.g. Time & Frequency Domain Signal Processing, Equalization, Interference Mitigation, Coding, FFT, Modulation. Experience with DMT is a plus
-Good command in Assembly, ‘C’ languages, Matlab and DSP processors programming skill.
-Knowledge of embedded & real time operating systems and/or diagnostics software is a plus.
-Experience with laboratory instruments (spectrum analyzer, oscilloscopes) is a plus
-Good problem analyzing and solving skill; Quick-to-learn; Good communication skill; Self-motivated and willing to take ownership of resolving problem; Hardworking and willing to work overtime; Good team player.
-Understanding of China or oversea DSL\Broadband market is a plus.
-Excellent written/verbal communications skills in Chinese and English
-Stationing in Shenzhen and willing to travel for on site support.
