职位描述/要求：

The successful candidate will have 5 years working experience in Telecommunication/VOIP field,including 2 years project As a group leader you will be responsible for all aspects of product support including creating customer documentation, answering questions for customers and FAEs,making technical presentations to customers, providing training for customers and FAE's, and duplicating and helping to debug customer problems using EVM or actual platforms (internal and customers).

The individual will also be responsible for software analysis and debug, and will be required to make software changes to fix issues or add features, as required.

The responsibilities of the system software support engineer will include traveling to customer sites in order to work with the customer's engineering team to investigate issues or define special new features.

Regular communciation with our engineering teams in Europe and/or the US will be required as well.

General Requirements: Bachelor of Science (BS) or equivalent in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Computer Science (BSCS), or related, and 5 years work experience, embedded software experience a strong plus. MSEE or MSCSis preferred.
