职位描述/要求：

Hardware Design and Support Manager 1 Vacancies
Job:
To manage a team of 6 Hardware design and support engineers on two key tasks below
Working closely with hardware design team in USA to finish reference board design for CPE and Home Gateway products.
To supervise the engineering team to provide technical support of hardware related problems in China and Asia. Being able to prioritize the customer hardware issues and drive for solution through working with USA Product Application Engineer team.

Requirements:
Senior person with at least 4 years people management experience of team of 10 engineers
Strong driving power and leadership. Be able to communicate with the Hardware Design and Support Director in USA to coordinate the job assignment.
Be able to provide technical comments and guidance to the engineers on design and customer support matter.
Very good English (Oral and Written)
Assign design projects and support issues to individual engineers
Very good hardware design experience or customer technical issue support experience in communication products.
Capable to handle design project from schematics design, giving guidance to layout engineer, building prototypes and debugging. He\She will also need to work with manufacturing and process engineer below to build hundreds of boards for our customers.
