-大学本科及以上学历；
-1年以上人力资源或销售工作经验；具备大型企业工作经验优先；
-善于有效沟通，并有优秀的解决问题的能力；
-对咨询行业富有极高的热情；
-工作主动性强，具备较强的学习能力和观察能力；
-负责人才市场的开发、跟踪、反馈，协助顾问的工作；
-对人才市场具备一定的敏感度和判断能力；
-良好的英语水平和计算机操作能力
-良好的自我激发能力及团队合作精神；
-能承受工作压力，并按时完成工作；
-熟练的网络搜索技巧。
