岗位要求与职责 |
岗位要求：
* 中专以上学历，两年以上大卖场相关商品管理经验；
* 熟悉熟食、快餐、卤制品、凉菜、烤制品等的制作,有一定的生鲜食品区工作经验；
* 具备初级及初级以上厨师职称；
* 熟悉国家食品运作流程；
* 熟悉国家及地区对食品加工、经营场所的卫生要求；
* 了解公司对生鲜食品的各项管理规定；
* 掌握炉灶设备及工具的使用方法；
* 良好的沟通协调能力及执行力，能承受工作压力。
工作职责：
* 负责安排本部门员工按照产品烹饪加工标准进行产品的制作，保证货源充足和供应；
* 负责商品的归类，价格标签，货加的标准及食品卫生；
* 根据销售情况，制定制作商品所需主料及配料的订货数量；
* 负责核算所制作食品的成本及毛利，制定本部门商品的促销计划；
* 不定期对员工进行食品卫生及安全方面的培训；
* 完成生鲜部门经理安排的其它日常工作。 |
