职位描述/要求:
Position: Training Instructor
Reporting to: Training Manager
Objective:The Training Instructor is responsible for Developing and Evaluating technical training in a professional and effective manner for internal employees, distributors and customers.
Responsibility:1.Work closely with the trainers of WI in introducing and developing training materials.2.Improve and develop training materials after summarization of the trainings according to the feedback of the trainees.3.Work together with Portfolio Department in regards to new product launches in accordance with product strategy.4.Provide technical support for products and application to sales representatives, distributors and customers5.Assist the portfolio team with preparing Chinese catalogues / leaflets / datasheets/competitor information.6.Building up demo-kit.7.Work together with technical support to create applications.8.Evaluate and improve the quality of training base on training evaluation.9.Develop methods for evaluation of program effectiveness.10.Always conduct oneself in a personal and professional manner consistent with the guidelines of the Company Mission Statement, employee handbook regulations and all other policies.11.Any other tasks as requested by management.
Requirements:1.Above bachelor degree in Industrial Automation / Automation Control / Electric Automation or relevant majors. Technical oriented.2.About 1 or 2 years technical / sales experiences in electric or electronic components, apparatus production firm. Market knowledge, Experience of industrial automation (especially of system).3. Qualification of Instructor 1: Mechatronic engineer degree or experience (e.g. machinery, production line, panel building, etc).4.Qualification of Instructor 2: Experience of process automation (system for chemical, petrochemical, oil / gas, power, etc.)5.Very good command / communication of English.6.Excellent in computer operation (Windows & Office).7.High willingness to learn.8.Good presentation techniques.9.Target oriented.10.Good personality and team work spirits.11.All the candidates should be able to make business trip frequently, and can also endure high pressure.
